What to expect at this event
This wellbeing workshop has been created around the theme of accessing a sense of inner peace, trust and calm. In it, we will explore:
• Ice water and finding peace in discomfort
• How to train our focus into our inner world, rather than the outside world
• A beautiful meditation on our conscious awareness
• Earthing by walking barefoot in nature
• Finding inner peace and focus through a glass walk invitation
• Letting go of stories or beliefs that no longer serve you through an arrow break
This event is for you if you:
• Want to feel good on the inside, regardless of what's happening outside
• Struggle sometimes to completely switch off and focus on you
• Experience a busy brain and want tools to help it calm down
• Would like to learn how to meditate more deeply
• Are looking for new ways to create and maintain you own inner peace
This is an interactive workshop designed to help you find deeper self-focus so that you can access this calm state to help in daily life. Using self-empowerment exercises you will learn what that state really feels like.
You will be fully prepared to take part in all of these activities should you wish. Everything is an invitation, not an expectation and simply being in the room will give you powerful insights.
