Meditation to let go of the day
Every interaction you have throughout the day leaves an imprint on you, as you do on it. This meditation is designed to help you feel clear and calm at the end of the day. Often we find ourselves still carrying "stuff" from the day, including burdens which aren't ours to carry. We may also end up feeling very drained, as though life has taken all the energy we have from us.
During this 10 minute meditation you will visualise letting go of everything that no longer serves you, while drawing in all the energy you need for the day ahead. Lastly, we seal your energy field for a peaceful night's sleep and a great start to the following day.
