Help your child to sleep meditation
Playing a meditation with your child at bedtime can be a wonderful way to help prepare their body and mind for sleep. In this simple and gentle meditation, your child will imagine themselves feeling light, safe and free as they float up out of their bedroom and into the sky where they can drift and float, far away from their thoughts.
My 8 year old daughter loves a meditation before bed to help her feel sleepy and relaxed. It's a great tool to introduce to your children early, so have fun this with one and maybe explore some others or create your own!
