Restore your soul through playfulness

Cost: £60

“In a culture where exhaustion is seen as a status symbol, it takes courage to say yes to rest and play" Brene Brown

What to expect at this event

This wellbeing workshop has been created around the theme of rediscovering the sheer joy of childlike play and connection. In it, we will explore:

• How to recognise our brain's natural tendency for comparison and wanting "more" and how to stop this
• Ways to be more present and connected with children, partners and friends
• Games and activities designed to encourage connection and spontaneity
• Earthing by walking barefoot in nature
• The power of saying "yes and" rather than "no but"
• How to become more aware of gut instinct and intuition
• Patterns in our daily life that we can change to experience more joy and abundance

This event is for you if you:

• Want to be more present and happy for your children and family
• Would appreciate a break from being the manager / parent / adult for a while
• Struggle sometimes to say "yes" to fun, playfulness or to be silly!
• Experience a busy brain and want tools to help it calm down
• Want to feel more joyful and restored in a fun, easy way
• Are looking for new ways to create and maintain you own inner peace

This is an interactive workshop designed to help you re-connect with your inner child, the joy of play and the value of stepping into a creative and connected space. Everything we offer at these events is an invitation, not an expectation and simply being in the room will give you powerful insights.

This event is hosted by experienced leader and Chiropractor Naomi Mills with guest co-host and professional clown Lucy Sherwood (no clown faces or red noses, don't worry)!
