Awakening in Spring *FREE* community walk with meditation & cacao

Cost: £0.00

A chance to slow down, and connect with the season

Join me for a gentle morning Spring walk where we pause for meditation and to connect with nature.

The nature of the Spring season is that it's time to re-awaken, and get moving! During this gentle event, you will be invited to look to the season ahead, take part in a nature-inspired intention ceremony and have a good chat as you breathe in the fresh Spring air!

This is a free community event, held by Chiropractor and self-empowerment coach Naomi Mills from Life & Light Chiropractic in Penicuik. All of our work centres around teaching you how to create calmness and ease in your nervous system so you can lead a more vibrant, healthy life. This morning is a gift to the community, a way to bring you back into your body in a gentle, friendly way.
