All our events are specially designed to work with your central nervous system - a physical system in your body which affects not only how you experience in life through your sleep, healing and hormone cycles but also how you show up in the world. This powerful system affects your concentration, allows you to support others, heal yourself, multi-task and deal with hard things. When life feels like it’s gotten off-track it’s usually because your central nervous system has become overwhelmed.

We will be outside in nature, embracing the weather(!) and inside a converted summer house with wood burner and tealight chandelier. Activities include cold water exploration, self-massage, meditation, barefoot walking, journalling and gentle group activities.
Places are limited to a maximum of 8 women per event and they are expected to sell out!
