What to expect from this event

This wellbeing workshop has been created around the theme of breaking through mental or emotional blocks that are preventing you from reaching your goals and manifesting the life you want to create. In it, we will explore:

• Reflection and journalling on our life and goals
• Creating our “inner dream warrior” the part who believes we can do anything
• Goal setting and identifying barriers to change
• How to access 100% focus and energy through a wooden board break
• A powerful meditation in self belief
• How to keep showing up for yourself again and again through an advanced board break

This event is for you if you:

• Want to believe in yourself more strongly
• Are aware that you aren't having your peak life experience right now
• Have a change you want to make in your life but something is holding you back
• Feel worried about making changes and making the right ones
• Are looking for new ways to create and maintain your self confidence

This is an interactive workshop designed to help you find deeper self-focus so that you can access this calm state to help in daily life. Using self-empowerment exercises you will learn what that state really feels like.

You will be fully prepared to take part in all of these activities should you wish. Everything is an invitation, not an expectation and simply being in the room will give you powerful insights.
