Welcome to our Community Firewalk

Every 6-12 months at Life & Light we plan to put on a firewalk for our people - why? Because it's one of the most empowering and memorable things you may ever do. Also, it fits beautifully with the Chiropractic and Retreat work we do all year.

We put on each event for free, however the typical cost would be £50-60 so we ask those taking part to make a contribution to charity which they feel reflects the experience they have! This time we are walking to raise money for Anam Cara, a local charity supporting woman whose aim is to improve their emotional well-being.

This is a very special event and due to its nature, there are a number of important rules that must be followed to make it a safe and empowering experience for everyone involved. If you have any questions, please reach out to Naomi directly.

Please note the following very important conditions :

• Only people who are firewalking can come on the night, we cannot accommodate spectators
• Walkers must be a client of Life & Light or be attending as the guest of a client
• All walkers must be over 16 years old and have a completed event waiver form completed and returned before the event
• Spaces are extremely limited - if you can't make it for any reason, please cancel your ticket so it can be made available for someone else
• There is no parking available on-site. Please make arrangements to travel by public transport, be dropped off or park nearby and walk round
